With the fierce competition and more and more important the corporate customersact in making profits for Telecom Operators, corporate customers have been the goalamong the Telecom operators’ competition. How systematic researches, analysis andeffective strategies the telecom operators might do would be greatly related towhether they can be the leading role in the corporate customer market and the tend oftheir future comprehensive competitiveness.The thesis takes China Mobile (Jinjiang,Fujian) as an example, it analyses indetails based on the feature of China Mobile(Jinjiang). The thesis introduces thecurrent situation of existing corporate customers and the Subdivision Methods ofChina Mobile(Jinjiang), it combines PEST Analysis method, the Five-force Modeland SWOT Analysis to make systematical analysis on the current marketing strategiesthe China Mobile (Jinjiang) has for its corporate customers, and it points out thatproblems are existing and more targeted marketing strategies should be made. Thus,the thesis puts forward that new marketing segmentation of corporate customersshould be made according to their value and demand levels, and combine customers’value together with their demand. The thesis takes three markets of China Mobile(Jinjiang) as its target market for example, and puts forward the Market OrientationStrategy as well as the Implement Strategy accordingly. In order to guarantee that thestrategies can be well implemented, the thesis also puts forward the7Ps MarketingStrategy and Three-Corporate Customers Project. By the end of the thesis, Analysis ofthe content and characteristics through the use of marketing case Heng group to groupcustomer service marketing.
