In recent years, due to the restriction of area and environment of airport, it leads to the flightcongestion and delays more and more seriously. For airlines, accessing to busy airports to obtain apeak period slot is the primary conditions for accomplishing air transport tasks and benefitting fromtransportation. No slot means no benefit. As a growing number of experts and scholars on researchingrelevant laws and regulations, as well as discussion on airport slot allocation, it makes airport slotallocation to be the most important means for airlines to improve production efficiency and productquality, to seek higher revenue levels. How to dispose these scarce airport slots becomes issue ofcommon concern of the air transport industry in today’s world.This paper has analyzed the feature of slot and quoted many research achievements from both at homeand abroad in airport slot allocation for reference. Considering the father right, efficiency and fair, thispaper puts forward two models, combined with CAAC’s regulations about airport slot allocation,application of game theory and related theory of modern air transport planning. One is Nash model,the improved model based on lottery. And another is slot allocation model, based on the revenue ofdifferent slots.Both models are executed subject to airport capacity requirements. The former selects Nashequilibrium combination as the scheme, in order to make airlines get a best combination in game. Thelater selects maximum revenue as the object. Both models will be validated through the numericalexample, providing more direct slot allocation scheme for airlines. |
