With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for household electrical appliance is growing year by year. The lifecycle of Household electrical appliance is short. China is a home appliance production large country and a big country eliminating household electrical appliance.China is going to eliminate a lot of waste electrical appliance each year, forming enormous quantities of household appliance wastes. These electronic wastes, not only pollute the air, land, and waste a lot of valuable resources. With the rapid development of economy, more and more social attention to resource consumption and environmental pollution problem, recycling economy is becoming increasingly important, and remanufacturing of waste household appliances as a household appliance recycling and reuse of resources, by the more and more attention of the Government, enterprises and scholars. The key is to reasonably determine the product price on the remanufacturing of home appliances. This article from the situation of remanufacturing in the electrical appliance market. According to the game theory, respectively constructed centralized decision-making of the household electrical appliance remanufacturing pricing model and dispersion decision of the household electrical appliance remanufacturing pricing model. The difference of these models with the previousl models are:one Uncertainty factor. In the past, there are many deterministic models, and which fully take into account the random factor of recovery market and demand market, fully reflects the uncertainty of remanufacturing process.two Different research objects. Previous models generally study a manufacturer and a retailer, and the model study of two manufacturers and a retailer,so closer to reality. three Government regulation factors. Previous models did not pay enough attention to the Government factors, this model fully into the Government, reflects the government factors to the influence of waste electrical appliance market, more in line with reality. The model contains random variables, using the expected value model and hybrid intelligent algorithms for solving, and obtained the optimal pricing strategy and optimal profit. Analysis the influence of the manufacturing costs, Government subsidies and other factors on manufacturers’wholesale prices and profits, retailers selling prices, recycling prices and profits,we can obtain the following conclusions:one Remanufacturing cost-raise will make retailers selling price increase, and will make the whole system profit decline.when remanufacturing cost greater than a certain value, the manufacturer will make the remanufacturing activities become loss-making, so manufacturers should be reasonable control manufacturing costs. two Within a certain range, the Government increases subsidized price would encourage retailers to improve recycling price, recycle more waste household appliances, narrow the price competitive disadvantages in the recycling market, and also improve the overall profits of the manufacturing systems. Therefore, the Government should appropriatly control the amount of subsidies, make recycling business can very good recovery waste home appliance, and meet their goals, and promote the development of the market of waste household appliances recycling. Finally, comparison to centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making model,we can know a centralized decision-making system profit than decentralized decision-making, centralized decision recycling price and sales price are lower. So for those who spread decentralized decision-making manufacturers and retailers, it should be able to exist some means,to make both of their profit increase.
