As the knowledge economy coming, the talent acquired knowledge has becomethe first resource elements of modern enterprise, meanwhile that become thebasis for generating the core competitiveness. Human capital has become animportant factor to promote the continuous development of enterprises after thetraditional physical capital. Enterprise conducted organizational innovation is tocontinuously adapt to the changing needs of external environment, andcontinuous innovation is the driving force for enterprise sustainable development.How human capital factors influence the organizational innovation, and how toimprove the organizational innovation capability through increasing investmentin human capital is a problem at this stage of strategic human resourcemanagement.The performance of the importance of human capital, which is the source ofenterprise organizational innovation and technological innovation, while theorganizational and technological innovatio n activities achieving is a result ofinvestment in human capital. On the basis of summing up relevant studies onhuman capital, organizational and technological innovations at home and abroad,this paper summarized the impact of corporate human capital on organizationaland technological innovation, the relationship between technological innovationand organizational innovation, and raised stock of human capital, matching,complementarity and specificity factors influence on organizational innovation.Meanwhile, technological innovation in the process plays an intermediary effect.Through the relevant literature review, the article designed questionnaire abouthuman capital elements impact on organizational innovation, which distributed tohigh-tech enterprise to recycle data to examine the human capital factorsinfluence on organizational innovation.Through the data collation and analysis, and it ultimately finds that the stockof human capital does not exist a positive impact on technological innovation andorganizational innovation. There is a significant positive effect on the matchingof human capital, complementarity and specificity for organizational andtechnological innovations, while technological innovation plays partial mediator effect in influencing process. Finally, this paper expands a discussion of theresults and proposes targeted rationalization of management recommendations.
