The business performance evaluation is an important part of a measure of the modern enterprise development and modern enterprise management, performance appraisal management system to establish a set of scientific, effective, practical, is the important foundation of incentive of modern enterprise development, is an important means to improve the core competitiveness of modern enterprises, is the effective way to improve the modern enterprise management, management to evaluate the performance of large state-owned enterprises is a new and very challenging task.This paper focus on the Chinese Electronics Group Company’s operating performance and fully analyzed, on the basis of the evaluation of the performance of Chinese electronic analysis of existing problems, and makes the evaluation and analysis of the company’s production performance, operational and financial performance and operation of the entire process, state, thus put forward by DEA model the data packet to improve the evaluation of electronic business performance and design of China, and puts forward the evaluation of the performance of Chinese electron business improvement countermeasures.This paper uses DEA model to the basic theories and basic methods, according to the specific situation of China’s electronic and existing problems, a system was analyzed and improved business performance management system. The evaluation of the performance of DEA model improves the Chinese Electronics Group performance management level, and provide necessary conditions and basis for the Chinese electronic development and competition, to promote efficient development of enterprises. The study also for evaluation of the performance of the electronics industry to promote the use of foundation.
