Research On Financial Information System Operation Risk Management And Its Preventive Measures

THE CNPAS driven by Ningxia area was founded in2003and fully completed in2010. It is the most important channel of capital flows and it accounted for more than60%of the share. At the end of the2012, the Average daily volume of business for CNAPS are over18,000pen, and the amount of average daily business over21.2billion yuan. As the one of the most important financial information system, The CNAPS played a huge role in payment and settlement.This paper studies the modern payment system in Ningxia region risk management status and development direction, aims to find out modern payment systems in the deficiency of risk manag-ement, discusses the methods and measures to solve the problem, and for the system risk management remedial measures to provide suggestions. Based on modern payment system information construction process of system analysis and the experience of foreign payment system development, to approve from the operation risk, the system risk, the institutional risk, liquidity risk and so on. Paper then discusses the modern payment system in Ningxia area in the actual operation of the risk and the insufficiency, and finally to perfect our modern payment system of risk management are proposed.
