The Problems And Solving Strategy For Payment And Settlement In Countryside Of Dashiqiao City

Payment and settlement situation in countryside is one of the key problems that constraint the construction of new country and the development of it. This poor situation comes in general with many headaches, such as the lack of the nodes, the settling methods being too old, low efficiency, high cost and so on. And the solving strategy towards all these headaches has become a most needed task nowadays.As an example, Dashiqiao countryside also has a lot of settlement problems, such as poorer settlement tools. Aimed to change this, this paper adapts survey and document study methods. And based on the survey of payment and settlement situation in Dashiqiao city, this paper provides full analysis about the problems behind the situation in this area. After massive references organization and research, the five-part theory is given that the payment and settlement system can be divided into five parts, with each one covering an aspect and all of them connected. From these five different aspects, this paper gives respectively the suggestions about how to improve the payment and settlement situation in Dashiqiao countryside.This paper consists of five chapters. First, the introduction part tells the background of this chosen topic, payment and settlement situation and problems in countryside of China and the research methods applied. Second, it comprehensively introduces the, both home and abroad, practices and advanced experience of bettering country payment and settlement system. Third, the real settlement situation in Dashiqiao countryside is well-organized and shown. Forth, this paper analyzes the problems behind settlement situation in that area. Finally, based on all the above work, this paper presents the five-part theory that payment and settlement system can be divided into five parts, payment and settlement service system, tools system, net-work system, law system and supervision system. And according to this theory, this paper re-organizes payment and settlement system in Dashiqiao countryside. From these five aspects, the suggestions about how to improve payment and settlement situation in countryside of Dashiqiao are made. In the end of this chapter, the predicted improvement is briefly analyzed.
