With the rapid development of our country socialist market economy, a variety ofsystem of ownership, a variety of economy composition coexist, Labor relations isincreasingly clear, market, contract, legal system. More and more people concernedabout Labor relations as an important factor in social economic development. SinceReform and Opening, Our spare no effort in the improvement of labor relations inEnterprises, through a series of laws and regulations and adjustment, build a Laborlegal system, attach importance to protection of workers ’ legitimate rights andinterests. Labor relations are in a relatively stable state. But what cannot be denied is,in the early stages of economic development, there are still contradictions in the Laborrelations. Laws and regulations are not perfect. These questions such as the enterpriseand the staff benefit differentiation, lack of political and democratic rights of workers,the social security system loopholes are needed to be solved urgently in developmentof China’s labor relations problems in cooperation.The trade unions as the important organizations to safeguard the legitimate rightsand interests of workers played an indelible role in the history of our country. Sincethe reform and opening up, Function of enterprise trade union rights increasinglyhighlight its importance in the "strong capital and weak laborer" labor relation pattern.But due to the influence of the long-term planned economy system, Coordination oflabor relations in enterprises of our country exist many difficulties of trade unions,mainly in the following aspects: the trade union in the enterprise administration, lackof independence; The system of trade union funds defects; union collective bargainingrights; labor dispute processing mechanism is not perfect. Trade unions did not playits effectiveness, promote the labor relations and cooperation are many reasons for theformation, reasons are not only the enterprise system, but also have the reasons in lackof consciousness of protecting labor rights.Brook no delay reform of trade unions in Enterprises for the trade unions inenterprises to meet the needs of socialist market economic system and coordination ofthe harmonious development of labor relations. The trade union in the enterprise itselfmust go to the administrative, funds system reform, publicity union function improvelaborer participation enthusiasm to solve these problems. The government should alsoimprove the corresponding laws and regulations, establish and perfect the system of the three party talks, perfecting labor dispute processing mechanism to providesecurity for the enterprise trade unions play a role.
