At present，JX MobileCompany endures double pressures of full一scale competition of externalenvironment and congenitally defect of TD technology，this paper is aim to helpingJX Mobile Company research how to adapt itself in the new competitive environmentto continue to develop its own advantage，to make up its disadvantages，to make gooduse of new favorable external conditions，to reduce the influence of adverse factors，so，JX Mobile Company can continue to advance it’s sustainable developmentcapability and lead the market.The enterprise sustainable development is that in course of the enterprisedevelopment, the enterprise not only achieve its business target and enhance themarket status, but also gained the ability of success in the one-up competitive fieldand the to-be outstretched management condition, and make the enterprise beprosperous in long-term.
