The Sixteen Party’s proposed to informatization and industrialization developmentand promote each other, high technology content, good economic returns, low resourceconsumption, less environmental pollution, human resource advantages into full play ofthe new industrialization.As China’s Huaihua City, the western hinterland and underdeveloped City, how togo through and take a new road to industrialization, this paper is divided into three partsto analyze. The first part briefly introduces the development of Marx’s theory ofindustrialization and Marx theory of industrialization in China, analyzing therelationships between new industrialization and economic development, and thedifference between traditional industrialization, and its connotation, and on stage atpresent in our country the industrialization was analyzed and the related quantification.Present status and development of new-type industrialization, new industrializationbackground process second part development of new-type industrialization of Huaihua’sproblems in the analysis of very careful. Especially in2007and2011two at the time ofthe data is the key of the research. Relying on the second part of the analysis in the thirdpart, the control requirements of new industrialization, combined with the actualsituation of Huaihua, from the role of government in the new industrialization,coordinated development of industry and agriculture, play the role of industryagglomeration, promoting new industrialization as well as several aspects of humanresource development with information, targeted the proposed solution, to the newindustrialization expect overall process to promote Huaihua, and provides the beneficialreference for similar areas the development of new-type industrialization.
