Mobile network, which as a new profit point of3G networks marketing causes wide attention from mobile service operators, mobile internet companies, mobile phone manufacturers and other related industry. Through the China Unicom NN Branch’s marketing of3G networks services, the competition from different related industry is hardly avoided. It’s best to start with outer marketing environment study for studying on the development countermeasure, but so far, most studies on outer marketing environment use method of SWOT or PEST, Porter’s five forces for display industry is seldom used, but it’s more meaningful to propose marketing strategy combined with the analysis of competitors’characteristics in the fierce market competition.This paper studies on the environment of competition by using the theory of Porter’s five forces for display industry and sifts out the main threaten from all the competitive powers, with the result of China Unicom NN Branch’s market segmentation and selection, using the theory of Ansoff Matrix to differentiate the specific target market and products from different competitors, and giving some suggestion for making marketing strategies.
