In the current economic situation, the development of national economy must stimulate domestic demand. China’s national conditions determine that stimulating domestic demand must promote the consumption of farmer’s groups. So the growth of farmer’s income become a top priority in the global economic development. From the farmer’s real income situation in Dongguan this paper analyses some disadvantageous factors about influencing increase of farmer’s income, and put forward rational suggestions, these provide basis and reference for increasing farmer’s income in Dongguan.The research shows that certain achievements of farmer’s income in Dongguan have been made, the preferential agricultural policies ensure the growth of farmer’s income, the adjustment of agriculture structure speed up the growth of farmer’s income, the industrialized operation of agriculture promote the growth of farmer’s income, the rapid development rural of collective economic ensure the growth of farmer’s income. But still there are some problems of increasing farmer’s income in Dongguan, such as the lag of agricultural internal structure adjustment, limited actual contribution on land to increasing farmer’s income, low level of agricultural industrialization, weak driving ability of agricultural leading enterprises, small scale of farmer’s professional cooperative organization; increasing agricultural costs make farmer’s income down, low quality of farmer restrict farmers’ income. The restriction factors of increasing farmer’s income in Dongguan have several aspects, such as scale factor, technology factor, urbanization factor and agricultural industrialization factor.based on the above research results, the author puts forward countermeasures of increasing farmer’s income, such as adjusting agriculture structure, promoting industrial management, and driving the farmer’s income. Broadening the channels, speeding up labor transfer, and guiding farmer’s income from labor service export. Speeding up the land circulation, motivating internal power, and promoting the stable growth of farmer’s income. Paying attention to the policy guidance, striving for the financial support, and ensuring the sustainable growth of farmer’s income. Strengthening organization and leadership, ensuring implement of guarantee measures of increasing farmer’s income.
