The Evolutionary Dynamic Research Of Regional Technological Innovation Ecosystem In Resource Constraints Area

"An innovation-oriented country" strategy proposed, which involving regional technology innovation capacity to become core elements of regional development. Especially in less developed regions under resource-constrained, such as capital, talent, and technology, technology innovation as a vehicle for regional economic development, building innovation system, and continuous improvement will become the critical path for the development of regional competitiveness.There is a strong similarity of the regional technology innovation system and the natural ecosystem on the system structure and function, which makes it possible to applied ecological theory to law of regional economic development, and the research methods are gradually being recognized by the domestic and foreign scholars. Original literature is more relatively developed countries and regions, lack of economic studies in less developed regions. From the point of resource constraints, and refer to ecological theory, this article will study the dynamic factors for the evolution of regional technology innovation ecosystem, and discussion on the major influence of power factor on system evolution. Last, take underdeveloped regions in western China-Guangxi North Bay Economic Zone for example of empirical analysis.First of all, this article describes the theoretical basis of the thesis research, analysis of comments domestic and foreign regional technical innovation ecosystem research. Then, from the internal and external structure, this article submits several major power factors, establishes power factor index system on the basis of theoretical analysis, and application of Gray relational grade model analysis the impact of the dynamic factors. Finally, take Guangxi North Bay Economic Zone for example of empirical analysis, and for the results and the problems put forward relevant suggestions.
