Since the beginning of the21st century, the computer Internet information technology has to be the fast rapid development and universal, countries around the world have to accelerate the infrastructure construction of information network, Internet users increased dramatically, the online information resources has become more and more rich, and it promote the rapid development of e-commerce. At the same time, with an increasingly competitive of global economic development, and the establishment and improvement of China’s market economy system, China’s rural areas presents a new look, but the contradiction between single family small-scale production in agricultural and highly competitive large-scale social market became more and more prominent, farmers for the scientific information technology is increasingly urgent. Guangxi seizes the historical development opportunity on the eastern industrial shift to the west, the large-scale development of the western region and the ASEAN Free Trade Area to establish, and comprehensively promote the development of modernization in agriculture, the information technology has widely used in the field of agriculture, the development of e-commerce in the industrialization of agriculture is overwhelming.This paper, the basis of previous studies and actual e-commerce issues of Guangxi, is to explore the industrialization of agriculture. First of all, starts from the basic concepts and features of the agricultural industrialization and e-commerce, and discusses the relationship between e-commerce and the agricultural industrialization. And it analyzes the necessity on the development of e-commerce in the agricultural industrialization to combine with the specific situation in Guangxi. Secondly, the thesis focus on the e-commerce application status in Guangxi agricultural industrialization, and mainly researches the Guangxi agricultural information infrastructure from the agricultural information infrastructure, agricultural sites, agricultural information media, agricultural information collection and release system with combination of Guangxi Agricultural Industrialization status. And followed by the web-based survey, the paper analyzes the case of use of e-commerce in Guangxi agricultural industrialization leading enterprises judging by establishing the portal and applying the e-commerce platform. Finally, by the analysis, researching the problems and causes on the development of e-commerce in the agricultural industrialization in Guangxi, learning from experiences in foreign developed countries about the development of e-commerce in the agricultural industrialization, designing the basic idea to conform the development of e-commerce in agricultural industrialization in Guangxi, and thus proposing countermeasures to support the development of e-commerce in agricultural industrialization in Guangxi.
