In this case, how tomake full use of the Daobi mechanism to achieve industry transformation, is the mosturgent task that Qingdao arts and crafts export industry currently face, it would havegreat theory value and practice significance.Based on the International Trade Theory, Competitive Strategy Theory andSWOT Analysis, through deep analysis of the present situation of the export of Artsand crafts industry in Qingdao City, with the addition of the case studies on thetransformation success of other cities, the thesis focus on two aspects of thetransformation of Qingdao Arts and Crafts Industry, they are: What course thatQingdao A&C should follow? How to choose this course? It’s hoped that the thesisresearch result would be able to produce evidence in the readjustment andoptimization of development policies for Qingdao arts and crafts export, and alsoprovide relevant reference for the development transformation in the same industry ofother regions.Firstly, we summarizes the existing research, according to the related theory,according to the present situation of customs data on export of Arts and crafts industryof Qingdao city were analyzed, respectively from the three aspects of exports, thetarget market and the product category and summarizes its characteristics, andthrough the SWOT model to analyze the industry of Qingdao City, the export of Artsand crafts, the industry of Qingdao arts and crafts export advantage is the industry continues to expand the scale and management level of continuous improvement; thedisadvantage is the production process of high pollution, high energy consumption,low level of technology, the enterprise profit rate is low, innovation ability is poor; theopportunity is in domestic policies and the broad market trade support of the state; theface the threat of decline in the volume of orders aggravate, trade barriers, increasethe cost of.Secondly, this paper analyzed the transformation cases of industry of ZhejiangCounty of Xianju province and Guangdong Province Shenzhen City beverage outlet,its success experience summed up in three points: one is to expand the emergingmarket, develop market diversification; the two is to strengthen the strategicreorganization of Arts and crafts enterprises, enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises in the international market; three is the establishment of effective industrysystem, strengthen the cooperation between enterprises.Thirdly, in the analysis of the current situation and based on the experience,proposed the Qingdao arts and crafts export enterprise transformation principle, pathand safeguard measures, the transformation principle is: economic benefit principle,technology oriented principle and collaborative innovation principle; transition pathwithin the industry restructuring and industry transformation, industry transformationneed to do a good job of resource utilization mode, innovative idea change, theadjustment of product structure, target market and sales model upgrade work, industryto industry transformation and the transformation of similar to other industries in twoways; safeguard transformation includes eight aspects, namely the standard classifiedstatistics issued export trade, crafts, arts and Crafts Industry Association set up specialpolicy, set up the enterprise transformation example, strengthen market guidance,guide the enterprise brand construction, support the development of the electroniccommerce and the strengthening of international exchanges and cooperation.Finally, summarizes the research conclusions, put forward the deficiencies of thisstudy and the follow-up study.
