Study On Optimization Of Supply Logistics Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises Based On TRIZ

Automobile manufacturing enterprises benefit mainly from reducing costs, expanding sales and optimizing logistics. Supply logistics is the key link of automobile logistics system which can make the logistics system in good operation and continuous optimization, then how to optimize the supply logistics to deal with the challenges of the market, has become the focus of handlers of the automobile manufacturing enterprise concern.Based on the research background of supply logistics of automobile manufacturing enterprises as well as the related theory, taking company C as an example, this dissertation applies TRIZ theory to analyze the supply logistics problems, and optimize the supply logistics from two major aspects:supply logistics organization mode and the internal and external supply logistics process. In the process of problem analysis, based on the nine-screen method analyze supply logistics problems from a variety of screen of logistics supply of company C such as the supply logistics system, the supply chain system and inventory, transportation system, and conclude that the purchasing department pressure is hard, production management efficiency is low, then, excavate the essential reason of problems thoroughly by using the fishbone diagram, concluding that the supply of logistics organization mode is not reasonable, supply logistics process is unreasonable. In the process of optimization analysis, firstly use the combination method of Ideal Final Result and Innovative Principles to optimize the supply logistics organization mode of company C, proposing the fourth party logistics operation mode, then, analyze the feasibility of the mode and put forward the guarantee suggestions to ensure the implementation of the mode, enhancing the culture communication to establish the supply chain strategic partner relationship and signing the contract to strengthen the legal constraints. Then, use Ideal Final Result, ARIZ algorithm respectively combined with BPR to optimize the external and internal supply logistics process and put forward the guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of optimization process respectively. Hope that through this topic research, it can improve the supply logistics of Company C and provide reference methods for other automobile manufacturing enterprises to optimize the supply logistics, at the same time, make the TRIZ theory and management methods more diversified.
