As economic globalization and integration quickens, the promoting function of the logistics industry to regional economic development has become increasingly apparent,various countries have raised a new upsurge of logistics development,the logistics industry in our country also transitional stage from traditional logistics to modern logistics with the rapid development of the new stage.At present,the construction of regional logistics node city is the main way to realize the revitalization of logistics industry in China,Harbin city as one of the main regional logistics node cities in our country,promoting the healthy sustainable development of regional logistics in Harbin to drive the regional economic coordinated development in Harbin,speed the development of logistics industry in Heilongjiang province,realize China’s economic transformation has very important significance.Based on understanding the connotation,structure and characteristics of regional logistics, system elaborated the theory of regional economic theory,system coordination,short plate theory,and strategic environment analysis theory,through the generalization of the research and development status of regional logistics at home and abroad,analyzed the present situation and the necessity of the development of regional logistics in Harbin,and then according to the principle of the construction of evaluation index system,from five aspects such as the economic base,logistics service requirements,logistics leading industry scale,the development level of logistics information,human resources.Selected19indicators to build evaluation index system of regional logistics development,and uses factor analysis and cluster analysis of two kinds of evaluation methods,with ten regional logistics node cities as the research object including Harbin,Harbin and other regional logistics node cities compared to the situation of the regional logistics development in2010.Finally according to the results of qualitative analysis and discussed, combined with the current situation of the development of regional logistics in Harbin, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of regional logistics in Harbin, for the development of regional logistics in Harbin provide valuable theoretical reference and reference, and rich regional logistics research.
