Accumulation and external expansion are the two main ways to achieve rapiddevelopment and growth of the modern enterprise. Due to mergers and acquisitions havethe obvious advantage of the time, more and more enterprises to take mergers andacquisitions to expand business scale growth. Corporate Mergers in China began in the1980s, with the domestic industrial structure adjustment and upgrading enterpriseinternational voice rising, China has also accelerated the pace of asset restructuring,mergers and acquisitions surging.However, mergers and acquisitions are never easy, whether foreign or domestic, M&A failure rates are very high. A large number of studies have found that mergers andacquisitions the success does not lie in M&A transactions, but in the post-mergerintegration. Adjustment of the M&A business in the financial, capital, technology, marketstructure, only to ensure that the form of control over the access to the corporate culture asan informal institution, from the values and profound impact on the business philosophyand code of conduct control over the results of operations.In the actual operation of the mergers and acquisitions, often ignore the culturaldifferences and the future of the M&A business integration issues. In theoretical research,merger integration and cultural integration is also relatively weak. Therefore, to strengthenresearch in this area has both theoretical value and practical significance.
