The generation of lean theory provides new development ideas to China’s traditional logistics enterprises. At the same time, these development opportunities and challenges in economic globalization today are produced. It emphasizes the elimination of waste and continuous improvement. Six Sigma management is on the basis of the lean methodology which is designed by the quantitative analysis methods and tools to find waste and defects in the corporate activities. And continuous improvement of business processes help corporations to achieve customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Logistics enterprises plays a crucial role in business, but business is wide and personnel is complex, currently most enterprise management is loose, internal control system is imperfect. To achieve the precision of the enterprise management has the certain difficulty.Firstly, in the study of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma management basic content, this thesis combines the characteristics of logistics enterprises to propose Lean Six Sigma L-DMAIC model in the improvements of logistics and should be of concern. Then it combines the actual needs of logistic enterprise, to improve internal financial supervision and management capabilities, establishing a profit ratio evaluation index, and based on L-DMAIC model, establishes a logistics enterprises Lean Six Sigma implementation model. The model is divided into a total of four stages, including preparation, start planning, project implementation, sustaining development. Finally, taking the "M international freight forwarding company" for example, in order to improve internal financial supervision management capcity of M international freight forwarding company as the goal, freight forwarding companies detailed data as the basis, stabilized profit than in the corresponding period as an indicator, applying the presented implementation model for analysis. With mathematical methods, it finds the data of variation, gradually narrowing the range of and measurement and analyzing, and then finds the source of the data variability, combined with the development of enterprises to make cause analysis, which proposes improvement methods and recommendations to acheive the good results of lean management. According to the proposed Lean and Six Sigma model, through making control plans and monitoring controlling variables could avoid business to scroll back to the previous state. Putting the Lean Six Sigma thinking into the corporate culture could provide favorable support for lean enterprise management.
