Corporate social responsibility is a social expectations and requirements under certain social conditions and economic development to a certain extent of production enterprises. The social responsibility of the enterprise on one hand not only requires the enterprises to create profits, to the maximum extent possible to create profits for shareholders, but also its related to company staff, customers, communities and the environment, countries and other stakeholders responsible for. Dongguan A enterprise is our country’s important energy backbone enterprises, the development of the relationship between China’s economic lifeline and beneficial to the people’s livelihood, trying to create wealth and value, to achieve the company’s development strategy and economic benefits, at the same time, the need to assume and guarantee our energy supply stability, security, promote and promote local economic development. Therefore, there is great significance to study Dongguan A corporate social responsibility.The paper first analyzes the theory achievement in the research of social responsibility of enterprises of our country and abroad, on the process of theory development concepts, general and the dimensions of corporate social responsibility is discussed, and put forward the definition of corporate social responsibility, and the concept of its stakeholders. Secondly, on the basis of stakeholder theory, Dongguan A enterprises should burden social responsibility row is classified, divided into seven aspects, and to study the Dongguan A enterprise analysis using Delphy method and hierarchy analysis method of social responsibility dimension. Again, the paper on the Dongguan A enterprises in the social responsibility of self-awareness and specific implementation measures, with the foundation in evaluation of dimensionality, through the analysis of its social responsibility report released, is insufficient to study its social responsibility still exist. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures and Strategies of Dongguan A enterprises should take in order to improve the social responsibility, are analyzed and expounded from three enterprises, government and society.
