Study On Process Optimization Based On Performance Management Issues

The process based team evaluation is the optimization of the traditional department based individual performance evaluation, which is more of an innovation. The paper presents the performance management model based on process optimization, and it tries to reach the purpose of process optimization by performance management. The innovation mainly shows on the evaluation concept, idea and method, so the performance management model based on the process and process optimization offers reference for the other local enterprises how to chose, design and apply for the performance management according to their own characteristics.
