The innovation capability, which determines the competitiveness of the Travel agency, depends on the level of knowledge sharing in the era of knowledge economy.The solution of S travel agency to the severe challenges, from the environmental risks and internal growth, is the implementation of knowledge sharing.The first part in this thesis points out that Knowledge reserves, Knowledge sharing body and Knowledge sharing support mechanism are the three aspects which should be considered in knowledge sharing from the point of view of complex adaptive system.And in this article, we analysis the S travel agency deeply using the frame of complex adaptive system, and found that there are some shortcomings in S travel agency:Inadequate reserves of knowledge, which including internal knowledge mining and external input; deficiency of motivation and willingness of knowledge sharing, lower utilization of the knowledge-sharing platform and corporate culture and organizational mechanisms need to be improved in Knowledge sharing support mechanism.On the above analysis, combined with the previous theoretical framework, some suggestions are proposed to promote the S travel agency knowledge sharing from the knowledge reserves, motivation and willingness of knowledge sharing of employees and the Knowledge sharing support mechanism. It helps to enhance the knowledge management in S Travel agency and can also be a reference to analyze other Travel agency’implementing of knowledge sharing.
