| In this paper, first, the university-owned enterprises were selected as the research object,and different school-run enterprises modes in different development periods were analyzed.Second, different development models of the domestic school-run enterprises were learnt andsuccessful experience in the development of foreign universities was summarized in thearticle. At the same time, successful reform experiences of some domestic universities wereused for reference, and finding out the new model that was suitable for the development ofuniversity-owned enterprises to do countermeasure research of A school-run enterprise reform.This article has a certain practical significance to college education business development inour country.Here, on one hand, the successful school-run industry development experience at homeand abroad was studied and summarized, and successful reform experiences of TsinghuaUniversity and Tongji University such school-run enterprises were used for reference, to findout the firewall new mode of "one school, two systems", which was suitable for theschool-run enterprise development of A school building design institute. On the other hand,aiming at A school building design and research institute school-run industry developmentstatus, the existing main problems and causes which blocked enterprise development wereanalyzed, and in combination with the practical situation of enterprises at the present stage,finding out seven countermeasures and the suggestions useful for the long-term healthydevelopment of the enterprise.This paper discussed the development path of A school building design instituteschool-run enterprise after transformation. It was thought that, applying the firewall newmode of "one school, two systems" was suitable for transformation of this enterprise. Theauthor believed that, by some measures, including deepening the reform of college enterprisemanagement system, reforming operation mechanism, perfecting the modern enterprisesystem, strengthening the scientific management of school-run enterprises, strengthening theschool-run enterprise culture construction, focusing on human resources work, insisting thedevelopment road of the combination of produce-learn-research, and with innovation concept of forging ahead with determination, leading to the enterprise development, thus we must beable to create a new situation of university-owned enterprises. |
