Witnessing the popularity of the Internet and the changes of consumers’concept, e-business is becoming increasingly life-friendly. Meanwhile, social network rapidly becomes an Internet hit to serve as a new representative of the Internet development. Amassing huge user resources, social network unconsciously transforms people’s lifestyle and attitude.Whereas both e-business and social network burgeon with distinctive features, marketers never stop trying in hope of breaking the barriers between them and creating a new social-network-based shopping platform. Mushroom Street and Mei Li Shuo soon emerge in response to the demand. A further development of the mobile Internet delivers the combination of mobile group buying, micro-shopping mall, micro-wallet, etc, which offers the marketers a new opportunity. This thesis develops on the basis of the development and status quo of e-business and social network, summarises the history incorporation of the two, and finally explores the future development of them from the users’ standpoint.
