With the development of our national economy and the change of international market environment, the enterprise compasation management becomes an important aspect of management, enterprises should pay attention to skills. But from the aspects of the enthusiasm and initiative,to inspire the employee’s work efficiency can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As an important means to optimize configuration, the compasation system of human resources management plays a very important role in human resources management.Based on the current situation of China’s current real estate system of compasation, this dissertation introduced the compasation theories which mainly included the basic compensation theory and post, ability and performance based on the compensation; then analyzed of the existence of the real estate problems of compensation system from different aspects of current situation analysis of China’s real estate compensation, and put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures. The dissertation then constructed China’s real estate compasation system in view of the present situation, mainly from the principle, process and key technique of salary design. Finally, this paper put forward real estate compensation system, in view of the present situation of real estate construction for different positions, including management post, marketing post, technical post and R&D position, ensure the operability of compensation system.This dissertation combined the theory-with practice, firstly formed the compasation theory in the application form, then continued to accept the test of practice, strived to achieve greater breakthroughs in theory. Finally, a case study was established with the basis for the final test of this compensation method. In this dissertation, the normative research and case studies are designed to complement each other, common for the service.
