Since1990,Chinese experts and scholars have made significant progress on the thegovernment crisis management,the enterprise crisis management theory research andpractice on the basis of the foreign research results about crisis management on thegovernment crisis management,to guide our government and enterprises to improve the crisismanagement ability, which play an important role to enhance crisis management ability.Small and medium-sized enterprises account for a dominant position in the nationaleconomy, become a new growth of economy, and they also make a significant contributionforsocial stability and harmony. However, because the characteristics of SMEs in China aresmall scale, relatively concentrated weight, low fight risk ability, SMEs faces all kinds ofproduction crisis, financial crisis, the human resources crisis, marketing crisis and so on.Today, it is very necessary for SMEs to manage the crisis event efficiently, timely andaccuratily in order to survive and develop, under the background of the accelerated economicglobalization process,unstabled external environment and rapid developing science andtechnology.On the basis of the study about SMEs crisis management both at home and abroad, thispaper introduces the concept of organizational learning. From the perspective oforganizational learning,analysing how the SMEs’ different crisis management ability effectsto the performance of the enterprise,and forming the research topics of “Research on theCrisis Management of SMEs in China from the Perspective of OrganizationalLearning——a case study of SMEs in ShengZhen”. The paper is divided into five parts, thefirst part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the writing background,significance,the research contents and methods and so on; the second part is theoretical analysis onorganizational learning, crisis management and other related concepts; the third part is constructing the model and put forward the hypothesis; the fourth part is to acquisite the dataof the empirical study based on SMEs in ShengZhen;and to analys the research data; the fifthpart concludes with a deiscussion and suggestions, the author makes a summay about thispaper, points out the research findings and thefuture research direction. And drawing thefollowing conclusions: the effect of enterprise crisis identification ability, crisis preventionability, crisis handling ability and the crisis feedback ability on the coporate performance isvery significant; the moderating effect of organizational learning capability is also verysignificant to the relationship between crisis management ability and coporate performance.
