Profit Analysis And Development Measure Research Of High-tech Enterprises In Hengyang City From The Perspective Of Technological Investment

In the2012National Science and Technology Innovation Conference, PresidentHu Jintao stressed that "science and technology is the great crystallization of humanwisdom, innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the progress of civilization","Science and technology development deeply reflects a country’s comprehensive nationalstrength and core competitiveness". As one of the26old industrial base cities, Hengyangis equipped with complete industrial systems and has undergone rapid development ofhigh-tech industry especially in recent years. From the perspective of technologicalinvestment in Hengyang, this thesis explores profits of high-tech enterprises and putsforward countermeasures for further development.This thesis firstly reviews and summarizes the basic methods and historical contextof high-tech innovation and output theory, and then outlines the development panoramaof the high-tech enterprises based on the descriptive statistical analysis. The third chapterfocuses on an in-depth empirical analysis model by using various econometricinput-output analysis for the high-tech enterprises in Hengyang City: Firstly, lag effectsare analyzed for the high-tech enterprises in Hengyang technological investment inproduction through the Grainger causality analysis and polynomial distribution lag model,and research shows that Hengyang has been trapped in lag effects of technologicalinvestment for up to4years; Secondly, through the establishment of regression modelwith two different types of panel data, and analyzes the relationship between investmentof Hengyang hi-tech enterprise in the field of high-tech and enterprise scale two packetand output, and studies show that the Hengyang high-tech enterprises to increase R&Dinvestment for profit growth more effectively, increase scientific and technologicalpersonnel is effective for sales growth, small and medium sized enterprises spontaneoustechnological investment is relatively high; Thirdly, the total factor productivity ofHengyang and its affiliated counties are determined through the data envelopmentanalysis method of Malmquist index, and it decomposes the total factor productivity, andresearch indicates that high-tech enterprises with higher FTP takes faster pace indevelopment, and characteristics of the affiliated counties are analyzed;Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward with regard to the development ofhigh-tech industries in Hengyang.
