Modern bio-pharmaceutical industry’s rapid development of the enterprise capital,management and put forward higher requirements. With the major pharmaceuticalcompanies continue to increase R&D efforts, and research and developmentsupportingthe project management level should continue to improve, so as to ensurethat pharmaceutical companies are able to do research and development projects,increasing the efficiency and success rate and shorten the developmentcycleaccordingly, reduce development risk.In this thesis, by analyzing the presence problems of drug R&D projectmanagement, they are project organization and management structure issues, riskmanagement issues, and schedule management issues, we proposal the R&D projects inthe CK institute introduce scientific methods of project management to improveand solve the above problems.The main contents are:constructed a moresuitable project management-balanced matrix projectorganization andmanagement model for the CK institute, through the project team to join the projectassistant, improved project communication problems and schedule managementproblem,by adding intelligence team, strengthening the project research, reducing theinitiation ofthe project risk;In this paper, technical risk, cost risk, management risk, policyrisk, intellectual property risks, production risks, market risks andother seven aspects of the drug development of this project may be encountered riskfactor for each risk in detail, and propose appropriate coping strategies in orderto reduce the risk of the project development process, and to CK so after launching asystematic project risk management foundation;This article will also work breakdownstructure (WBS), critical path method, project Gantt chart, project networkdiagram (AON diagram) and other tools and techniques areapplied to the new drug R&D projects, the effects of the implementation of theprojectin progress CK Management necessity and possibility toexplore the development of new drugs in this project how the limited time andresources constraints, improve workefficiency, reduce costs and shorten thedevelopment cycle of a single project and the successful completion of new drug application, the final paper also uses retrospective study methods, combinedwith CK as an R&D project success stories, the scientificprogress of theproject management approach applied to the project.In summary, through project management system in the drug development projectmanagement application that allows the management of the drugdevelopment projectlevel can be improved, developed by improving the efficiencyand reduce the risk, wherethe CK more competitive pharmaceutical research anddevelopment.
