| To implement the scientific outlook on development, transform the economicgrowth mode, to build China into a moderately prosperous country in an all-round way,make great effort in development the circular economy is the strategic choices andeffective way. The core of circular economy is efficient use of resources and recycling,the basic principle is reduce, reuse and recycle, basic characteristics are lowconsumption, low emission, high efficiency. Circular economy stands for the generaltrend of modern economic development. Implementation of the new round of westerndevelopment strategy, the economic growth of Sichuan province is much higher, but theresource constraints, water, land, energy and other consume excessive, causingenvironmental pollution, tension between supply and demand situation.It will be great importance to develop circular economy rapidly for our country andSichuan economy society. If the recycling economy do not develop, or do not meet thesituation in Sichuan Province, will be affect even the whole country’s economic andsocial development.This thesis is based on the case of circular economy in Sichuan Province, from thenational circular economy development strategy and the status of the circular economyin Sichuan Province, analyze the construction planning, developmental pattern and thedevelopment elements. Summarized the current point of view on circular economy;analyzed the hot and difficult issues and the trend of development. Reflect a realsituation and problems of Sichuan circular economy by describing the current situation.Described the theory of circular economy briefly and compared to developed countries,analyzed the present status of Sichuan circular economy development. Analyzed thetypical case of China and other countries, the planning and the pattern of Sichuancircular economy, to sum up the experience, explore the regular pattern, and point outthe Key elements of Sichuan circular economy development.
