The Empirical Research On The Satisfaction Of Rural Endowment Insurance In Liaoning Province

China entered the aging society in the case of an under developed economy. China’scities and towns have established a more perfect social endowment insurance system,while rural region of China still relied on traditional family pension protection mode.With the in-depth development of the economy, the traditional pension has moredrawbacks. Because of weakening in land security and family size, Migrant Workersaccelerated urbanization traditional rural social endowment insurance can’t meet theneeds of the residents. China is calling for establishing a new rural social endowmentinsurance system to achieve the goal of a sense of security.In2009, to accelerate the establishment of the new social security system coveringboth urban and rural residents, and promote the coordinated development of urban andrural areas, and the protection of the basic livelihood of the rural residents in old age, theCPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a guidance regarding thedevelopment of the new rural social pension insurance pilot requirements in accordancewith "basic security, wide coverage, flexible and sustainable."The basic principleinvolves the implementation of social pooling and individual accounts, and other socialsecurity policies and measures supporting the new rural social pension insurance systemto ensure the basic living of rural residents aged.This paper analyzed the new rural pension insurance status quo of LiaoningProvince based on the introduction of the state of development of the national old-ageinsurance in rural areas, and raised the existing problems of the new type of rural socialendowment insurance system in Liaoning Province. Under the background of new ruralsocial endowment insurance pilot field survey was carried out on the pilot situation inLiaoning province empirical research of farmers’ satisfaction, analyze the main factorsaffecting farmers satisfaction. According to analysis of problem, finally puts forwardpolicy Suggestions for the new rural old-age insurance policy in Liaoning province.
