In the rapid economic development and China’s accession to the WTO background, logistics market have important opportunities and challenges, a lot Qf logistics company explore suitable operated strategy and developing way continuously. Among them, the differentiation strategy has become the development space of the main means for many logistics enterprise to gain the advantage, promote the brand competitiveness, expand the survival.Shunda logistics company is located service providers for the third party logistics, increasingly fierce logistics market in China, how to develop yourself and keep the lead for according to the realistic condition and the future trend, it is important problem to solve and clear for Shunda logistics company.As the research object for Shunda logistics company about this article, in the analysis of a the Shunda logistics company which belongs to China’s logistics market competing environment, closing to practice, through the way of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to implement differentiation strategy research for Shunda logistics company. On this basis, using SWOT analysis and QSPM to make sure it is go to implement differentiation strategy for Shunda logistics company.It analyses for Shunda logistics company’s developping direction,developping position, strategic objectives.Finally, in this paper, the Shunda logistics company implement differentiation strategy to strengthen our competitive advantages, it is from the logistics service differentiation, organization structure differentiation, marketing differentiation, brand differentiation and other major aspects countermeasures to research, and pay attention to the risk and problems for implementation process about the differentiation strategy.
