In the era of knowledge economy, the enterprise’s core staff is the main driving force to create effective, the departure of key employees enterprises, especially the obstacles to the development of financial enterprises. This study by two variables, psychological capital and turnover intention, combined with the actual situation of the FS banks, to explore the relationship between the core staff of the FS Bank psychological capital and turnover intention. This study is mainly divided into two parts:the first part is the introduction, mainly on the research background; research significance; research methods, ideas, frameworks, and domestic and international literature review. The second part of the research theme part, including theoretical construct, FS Bank status quo core employee turnover, empirical research, discussions and recommendations and countermeasures. Searching existing literature, the elaborate psychological capital and turnover intention two variables, including the definition, structure, influencing factors and their measurement. Been based on the theory, research methods of the draw of this article. The FS the bank core staff psychological capital and turnover tendency relations in the research process, mainly in two phases:the first phase of50randomly selected as a sample for testing, adjust the questionnaire structure to make it more applicable in the bank’s core staff, FS at FS Bank core staff. The psychological capital questionnaire including24items of the four dimensions, through the project analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis, psychological capital has a good reliability. Confirmatory factor analysis of psychological capital questionnaire, confirmed the four dimensions of psychological capital FS employees of the bank’s core psychological capital to meet the definition in this article. The second phase of the research has focused on the300core staff to collect the survey sample, the use of statistical principles, combined with the EXCEL analysis tools, in-depth and detailed data analysis. We found that:(1) the FS bank’s core staff psychological capital and turnover intention a significant negative correlation between.(2) FS Bank of core employees, former employees and working on the psychological capital and turnover intention, quite the contrary. Reduce to some extent due to the relatively high psychological capital, the the working core staff turnover intention.(3) FS banks ’core employees’ psychological capital and turnover intention there are differences in the gender dimension. Psychological capital of male employees than female employees, but turnover intention than female employees. In theory, this study further validate the domestic research on psychological capital. Verify Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) can be applied to banks FS core staff, to provide a tool for the measurement of banks ’core employees’ psychological capital for FS. Clarify the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention. FS bank’s core to improve employees’ psychological capital, reduce employee turnover intention in practice areas have some significance.
