Under the new trend of international capital movement, our country is not only facing opportunities, but also facing challenges in making use of foreign capital.The practice of reform and opening proved that the foreign capital is more and more important towards promoting the development of the national economy, strengthening comprehensive national strength. There also exist some problems in our country to resolve at the time of making use of foreign capital to obtain huge result. Especially under the situation that global economic integral whole turn, international capital flows increasingly multifarious and foreign capital flows in great quantities into our country, we have to lift the problem that how to make use of foreign capital effectively to agenda.
