In recent years, with the crazy development of the real estate market, the elevatorindustry has entered the era of unprecedented prosperity. According to the data of the ChinaElevator Industry Association, the new elevator is more than530,000units in2012. At theend of2012, the ownership of elevator is over2.4million units in China. So the smartelevator control system has made great progress with the development of the elevator. Manyfactories have emerged. They give vitality to the market of the smart elevator control system.At the same time, they make the market increasingly competitive.Of the market, RB always tenacious faces fierce competition from all sides, In the courseof its business, RB still has some problems though it achieved certain results, for example,product, price, place, promotion and so on.In this article, I analyze marketing strategy of the smart elevator control system at RBusing the marketing theory with practice. At the first, I analyze the marketing situation andproblem of smart elevator control system of RB. Second, I analyze the marketingenvironment. And I do a full range of analysis of its own advantages, internal weaknesses,opportunities and threats. Finally, I redefine market orientation with the actual situation andimprove the nature of strategy on products, price, place and promotions.In this article, I hope the research on marketing strategy of the smart elevator controlsystem can provide a reference for the future development of the smart elevator controlsystem for the RB. At the same time, I hope the research is able to provide a reference for theother elevator manufacturers.
