A Research On The Agricultural Machinery Service Organization Mode In Xinjiang

Expedite the expansion of agricultural mechanization have to advance the agricultural machineryservice organization in Xinjiang. With the agriculture continue to mechanization, large-scale, informationtechnology development, the farmers need to join the the organizations together to adapt the requirement ofagricultural development.This article based on cooperation in economic theory, cooperative economic organization theory,industrial organization theory. At fist, this paper studied the agricultural machinery service organizationstatus in Xinjiang, pointed out the important role of the agricultural machinery service organizations and itsproblems in Xinjiang. through site research, the article focused on analysis of the current development ofthe organizations and its modes in Changji State. Subsequently, the existing modes were analyzed deeplyfrom operating mechanism in Changji state. And then this paper obtained that the best performance of themode is agricultural machinery cooperative, the performance of agricultural machinery service companywas better than the performance of large farm machinery from the angel of quantitative evaluation. At last,the article propose the suggestions of these three modes, and make the agricultural machinery serviceorganizations form a benign trends.The results show that:(1)Currently, there are mainly three agricultural machinery service organizationmodes in Changji, namely: agricultural machinery cooperative, agricultural machinery service companyand large farm machinery;(2)Quantitative analysis showed that the best performance of the modes isagricultural machinery cooperative, the performance of large farm machinery is worst. The performance ofthe company affected by the constraints of the social impact, the performance of large farm machineryaffected by the constraints of organizational development, organizational operations, membership benefits,members of the gains, and so on.(3)Currently, the three modes had inherent defect and insufficient, needfurther optimization.
