During human Resource Management in modern enterprise, employee frequently are on the moving.This has effect in two aspects.One is that making technology exchange and cultural exchange between enterprise become possibility.That another aspect giving human resources a director has created a difficult problem in the respect of keeping rational enterprise employee flow rate .From enterprise microcosmic ,employee leaving with the important technology and customer data has brought about significant loss for enterprise.So the factors leading to employee leaving and how to reducethe rate of running off are important problem that theory researcher and manage practitioner to face to.The main body of a book think in fact that the process leaving office is a employee decision-making problem under specially appointed environment.Reality is to interact between the one and the other ,so the decision-making between both parties influences each other.Tradition economics meeting many difficulty when analysing personal decision-making.The game theory studies individual choosing outside economy condition that mutually alternative.In game theory,personal choice dependents on self choice and others's.This provided a basis for employee doing various possible decision under complex situation.First,in the basis of reading a large lot of relevance books, suming up the influencing factor leaving office that prehominid theory studies, I study employee leaving classifying and stratifying.Secondly,discussed the relation among organization promise , employee job degree of satisfaction and the employee appearance relation in the basis of studing facts affecting on leaving.Once again,build new factor model of employee leaving offices by supplementing and revising the theory model.And then, build the game model of the progress of employee leaving office.Analye the gain and loss in various environment by avails matrix and give the best choice for enterprise and employee.Finally,give relevance suggestion aiming at improving the organize promise and the degree of satisfaction working and reducingthe employee separation rate.
