Research On The Financing Service Platform Of SME

As an important part of national economy，the small and medium-sizedenterprises have made an outstanding contributions to promote national economicdevelopment and play a more and more important role in the national economy.However, the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises have notbeen effectively resolved, the financing problems have seriously hindered the steadydevelopment of the small and medium-sized enterprises. How to help SME solve theirfinancing problems and keep their sustained, rapid, healthy, stable development havebecome the focus of the academic and practical.Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research literatures basedon the financing problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzesthe reasons of financing difficulty, and then the problem of the existed financingplatform of solving the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises.Finally this paper optimizes the financing platform and puts forward of the conceptionof building integrated financial services platform. At the last, corresponding measuresare taken to guarantee the integration of financial services platform orderly andefficient operation.The existing financing platforms of the SME are promiscuity and the functionsof which are relatively simple. Lacking of credit system construction, the enterprises’information cannot be shared with each other, which result in the waste of theinformation resource and increase search costs of the business information and costsof screening. Integrated financial services platform can well solve all the problems ofthe above.Integrated financial services platform is built by the concept of " governmentalorganization, joint intermediary, assemble resource, service enterprise", perfecting thegovernment leading Service Center of SME, integrating the social services andintermediary professional services platform, through standardized management andcoordination, containing all of the service functions, sharing of informationresources, Cooperating with each other, Running efficiency, have the function ofPublic welfare, Service, guide and demonstration.Integrated financial servicesplatform contains a center and five platform. A center is credit center which mainlyresponsible for the collection、 government and dissemination of credit information. Five platform is unified loan and return platform, equity financing, debt financingplatform, management consulting platform, integrated service platform.
