Feed industry is the foundation industry of national economy, the directrelationship with the agricultural, rural economic development and the improvementof the living standard of farmers, its development level has become an importantsymbol of the development of modern agriculture. China is big country of productionof feed, as one of the leading enterprises of TangRenShen group after20years ofentrepreneurship and development, the group’s overall competitive advantageincreases ceaselessly, but group feed sales volume is far did not reach the expected.The group of Tang Ren god in feed product marketing channel construction andmanagement of the deficiencies, introducing depth distribution theory, applicationsystem analysis method, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoreticaland empirical research methods such as combining, in the group of Tang Ren god feedproducts sales in the current situation and problems on the basis of the analysis, inorder to organization reengineering and process supervision center, focus on theenterprise marketing value chain system collaboration efficiency of competitiveadvantage, this paper put forward the implementation of group of Tang Ren god depthdistribution scheme, in order to improve the Chinese god group competitiveadvantage and feed products sales. Research for China’s large number of feedenterprise to provide the reference.
