With the advent of the era of economy, the domestic enterprises demandfor the knowledge employees is becoming more and more, the quantity ofthe knowledge staff already is the core of the enterprise competitiveness.Compared with the enterprise general workers, knowledge workers pay moreattention to building and maintaining the psychological contract. Besideswhen working in a similar environment, the knowledge staff’s behavior willbe largely affected by the psychological contract, and affect theknowledge staff’s performance. Therefore, Choosing good knowledgeworkers has very important significance for enterprise, at the same time,Improving the enterprise knowledge staff performance can improve thecompetitive advantage of enterprises.From the perspective of psychological contract,In order to exploreour country enterprise knowledge staff relationship betweenpsychological contract and peripheral performance, Firstly,representingthe concept of knowledge workers, characteristics and structure, contentand characteristics of the knowledge employees’ psychological contractand its surrounding performance related research literature review;Secondly establishing the knowledge employees’ psychological contractand employee performance relationship of surrounding theoretical conceptmodel; and then to questionnaire survey and data analysis; finally cometo the conclusion. Research shows that:(l) our country enterpriseknowledge staff’s psychological contract can be divided into threedimensions: transactional, relational and development-oriented,(2) ourcountry enterprise knowledge staff’s psychological contract was apositive correlation with surrounding performance;(3) the enterpriseknowledge employees’ psychological contract three dimensions are relatedwith the Peripheral performance three dimensions.
