The Evaluation On Performance And Efficiency Of Construction Machinery Listed Company Based On EVA

If there is no evaluation, the company will not have a management,so the companywill not have a good return., especially in the time of the global economic circumstances.In this situation,. We have a strongly desire for a objective and effective performanceevaluation system. But at the present the construction machinery industry’s listingcorporation has several problems in their evaluation index and evaluation method. Theevaluation index can’t reflect the company’s true ability of value creation, theevaluation method are not objective. This condition blocks the company’s longdevelopment. So this paper tries to design a comprehensive and objective performanceevaluation system to reflect the company’s true performance. This performanceevaluation system is base on the index of EVA.This paper firstly analyses conducts a literature review about domestic andforeign-related performance evaluation and EVA; then analyses the related theory of theperformance evaluation and EVA; at the same time, this paper analyses the presentcondition of the construction machinery industry’s performance evaluation, and thenecessary of the EVA; according the results tries to design a comprehensive andobjective performance evaluation system, using the scoring method of principalcomponent analyses. In the end, according the result provides a series of suggestions toimprove the performance of listed company.
