Research On Collection And Distribution Logistics Transportation Program Based On The Integration

Bonded port area is a new Free Trade Zone mode of the mainland of China,which is opening up the highest level, the most preferential policies, the operating rules with international standards. With the formal establishment of Shanghai Yangshan Bonded Port Area-China’s first bonded port, the State Council have approved14bonded port area.Chongqing LiangluCuntan bonded port area is China’s first inland bonded port area.And it is the first "Water port+Airport" dual function bonded port area. The LiangluCuntan bonded port area as the core of Liangjiang New Area, its development play the leader role of the development of Liangjiang New Area.lt is very important to the reform and opening-up development of Chongqing.This paper first analyzes the development status of the domestic bonded port area, summed up the domestic bonded port collection and distribution system development experience. From the present situation of the LiangluCuntan bonded port area, firstly it divide the economic hinterland of the bonded port area, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its direct economic hinterland and indirect economic hinterland development. secondly do SWOT analysis of the bonded port area development, forecast the bonded port area cargo throughput and its development trend. Combining the actual situation and problems of LiangluCuntan bonded port area,this paper gives suggestion to bonded port area of collecting and distributing system configuration.combined with the Cuntan two bonded port area and there is the problem, from the point of view of the integration of collection and distribution system, consolidated the existing research conclusion about highways, railways, ports and other special planning of the port transport problem, proposed optimization suggestions and corresponding management measures for both highways, waterways, railways and bonded port area of collecting and distributing system configuration.
