Research On Amoeba Model Of Strategy Implementation

In the field of strategic management, the study of strategy implementation has been relatively weak. Today, although the strategy implementation has being paid more and more attention, but there is still no specific mode of operation of strategy implementation.On the basis of literature analysis and management practice, the research suggests that the organization structure, the operation mechanism and the enterprise culture are the main internal factors that influence the success of strategy implementation. They corresponding reflected on the organization ability to adapt, the ability to allocate resources and the innovation ability. This article puts amoebic mode as a strategy implementation mode to research, which is a systematic and operational strategic implementation mode, and organized by amoeba organization, the internal market mechanism of independent accounting and the management philosophy.Against unique operation mechanism of amebic mode, the performance evaluation mechanism of amebic organization is also different. This article constructed the performance evaluation mechanism of three-stage amoebic organization to measure the effectiveness of the amoeba model.Implementation of amoeba model is a gradual process, taking a real estate group as an example, the paper analyses its implementation of amoeba model from the perspective of strategy implementation, which proves amoebic strategy implementation model is a systematic, operational, and effective strategy implementation model.For enterprise group, there is no absolutely good or bad of amoeba model, but relatively suitable or not. Enterprises need to consider the factors as fully as possible, such as the enterprise scale, the business type and the stage of development, and so on, to determine whether import amoeba pattern of strategy implementation.
