The Research On Enterprise Diagnostic Management Consultant Value

The management consultant on enterprise diagnosis is the principal part of enterprises diagnostic activities, the key factor for achieving the management consultant value and passing to the enterprise in consultation. As the diagnostic services provider with a large number of explicit and implicit knowledge and skills, the management consultant carried out diagnostic work, achieves the diagnostic value, and provides a large number of potential intangible values to the enterprise in consultation. By the research on management consultant value, this study tries to find out the composition of management consultant value, its core values and key influencing factors, targets to comprehensively enhance the value of management consultant value.Basing summarization and analysis of worldwide documents on enterprise diagnosis and management consultant value, by analyzing and integrating a variety of forms of management consultant value and the value of the role, this study divides the management consultant value into three levels:fundamental value, additional value and core value. It defines and analyzes the specific value of each level. Furthermore, it systematically and particularly divides and explains the direct and indirect influence factors of each management consultant value, extracts the influence factor system. Then by using analytic hierarchy process, it builds up the importance degrees judgment model for management consultant value, obtains the degree of importance of the various forms of value judgment by Delphi Method. Bases on this conclusion, it gives a comprehensively upgrading strategy for management consultant value.
