City commercial bank is an important part of China banking industry. With years of development, city commercial bank (hereafter called CCB) has got rid of survival problem, but most of other banks are still in the period of confusion. For CCB, a reasonable plan of development is required. According to the requirements of clients, banking product mix should be very attractive, which is the embodiment of the comprehensive strength. Meanwhile, it is the motivation of CCB business transformation and product innovation.Based on the mass literature materials, this paper presents research and analysis such as banking business transformation, motivation of the transformation, the types of products and product mix. It mainly talks about bank of Liuzhou and its business and income structures. To find out the banking problems of this bank, comparison of China and western commercial banks and the Boston consultation Group matrix are showed. The company and individual product mixes are researched by combining the strategic programs and targets of bank of Liuzhou. What is more, five business product lines are presented and analyzed. Finally, we classified the transformation products as A, B and C, which concludes the advanta ges of business transformation in bank of Liuzhou. For A, priority guarantee stratagem, and fo r B, support guarantee stratagem, for C is focused on preventing the risk guarantee stratagem. I hope it can help the product development of bank of Liuzhou, and it can be the reference for the relevant industries.
