The thesis has proposed to further rationalize agricultural extension system and significantly develop professional associations in rural area with regard to the perfection of organization system; expand the service scope of agricultural technology promotion, improve the professional level of agricultural technology promotion contents, realize the diverse promotion methods and further strengthen IT application of agricultural promotion with regard to the innovation of agricultural technology promotion contents and methods; set up talent incentive mechanism and strengthen financial guarantee to promote the agricultural extension with regard to policy safeguard. On this basis, it puts forward the implementing plan of innovative model of Weifang agricultural extension system.
