Recently, the reform of the scientific and fining financial management is the bigboost for E-government industry. The management of public finance should bescientific, fine and transparent, which sets higher criteria for the information-basedmanagement. A combination of normalization, standardization and unifiedmanagement will be the trend of the development in the field of GRP. Meanwhile,with the ceaselessly deepening of the governmental reform and continuouslytransformation to a service-oriented government, the advancement of technology andthe improvement of management have never been emphasized more.Information-based approach has become a necessary in management, theinformation-based investment has become a rigid spending in the government, andinvestment proportion of software and service is increasing. In addition, industryplatform, mobile application, cloud computing and other techniques will be appliedinto the information-based governmental management, which would promotemanagement innovation. The paper is highly relevant. The author thinks GRP industryis bound to usher a new development, and the enterprises need proper developmentstrategies to lead them to the success.This thesis is based on detailed analysis of the theory of enterprise developmentstrategies, and the author takes H Company as an example to carry on acomprehensive analysis and discussion in the field of GRP industry.Using themethods of SWOT, Five Forces or so, the author analysizes the actual condition of HCompany in depth. Finally the author provides the most reasonable developmentstrategies to H Company. The author hopes those strategies could be helpful for thetheoretical research and reference of decision-making department, as well asdevelopment strategies of other enterprises in the field of GRP industry in China.
