With the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy in China’sShandong Province, Qingdao City, the high investment and agricultural pollution andthe quality and safety of agricultural products unique in the "oil agriculture" hasbecome pronounced, coupled with the presence of green barriers in agricultural tradehave a direct impact Shandong Province, Qingdao City, agricultural products exportsand international competitiveness has become a serious obstacle to agricultural andrural economic restructuring in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Studies haveshown that in recent years, Qingdao City, Shandong Province in the by-product ofsome export exceeded due to pesticide residues, have been repeatedly rejected in theexport process, detention, return, claim, and to terminate the contract. This not onlymakes many agricultural products in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, to exit theU.S. and European markets, resulting in huge economic losses, but a serious impacton foreign trade reputation in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Therefore, thedevelopment of organic agriculture, organic food production, promote the upgradingof agricultural industry, breaking the green barriers of international agricultural trade, has become one of the important strategic objectives of the sustainable developmentof Qingdao City, Shandong Province, is also increasing farmers’ income, to solve theproblem of "rural" an important way.Based on the history of the development of organic agriculture at home andabroad, processes, and the latest developments in close connection with the academicresearch, based on our actual and characteristics of Qingdao City, Shandong Province, the development of organic agriculture, integrated use of modern agriculturaleconomic theory, regional economic theory and ecological economic theory, fieldresearch, theoretical analysis and rigorous mathematical model of argumentation, toexplore the path selection of organic agriculture in Qingdao City, Shandong Province.Focus from the macro and micro levels, based on the principles and objectivesguiding ideology, government support and the industrialization of the operation of the"trinity" of mechanism design, and focus specifically on the five dimensions and10the focus of the analysis and discussion, the system of Shandong Province QingdaoCity, the development of organic agriculture countermeasures. There are two main approach to the study by writing. First, empirical analysis and normative analysis.System theory and a lot of detailed research overview of the development of organicagriculture, especially in China and the Qingdao City, Shandong Province, organicagriculture, development status and problems of scientific analysis, and on this basisthe development of countermeasures. Second, quantitative analysis and qualitativeanalysis of the combination. Adhere to the theoretical analysis for the guidance of thepremise, especially through rigorous mathematical analysis of factors affect thedevelopment of organic agriculture in Qingdao City, Shandong Province is moreabundant, thus ensuring the feasibility and relevance of the results of this study.Through scientific system in-depth study seeks to provide a paradigm for similarstudies in the future. Scientific rigor and with some innovative research paradigm isthe premise of the successful completion of a graduate thesis. In this thesis, theresearch paradigm, the first organic agriculture and development of practice then theTheory Research, a quantitative analysis through field research and mathematicalmodel constructed on this basis, therefore the paradigm as opposed to other researchmodels of innovative strong guidance and reference for future similar studies toprovide a new paradigm.
