The Small Towns Development Countermeasure Research Of Northeast China

Development of small towns in northeast China is not only the important of northeast China but also the important content of China’s regional economic coordinated development.Development of small towns in northeast China has a long history and distinctive. But due to the natural conditions, human resources, capital, management system, and many other factors, Compared with the developed eastern region, northeast region small town development is slower, has seriously affected the northeast economic development, social stability and the implementation of the strategy of revitalization of the northeast old industrial base. Therefore, how to accelerate the development of small towns in the northeast of China, has become a current problem of our country and the major issue of social economic development in northeast China to study.This paper base on the small towns in northeast area as the research object, in this paper analyze the natural resources of northeast area, the social foundation. On the basis of small towns in northeast China will be divided into several different regions were studied. According to the characteristics of different areas, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy, This article is divided into three parts, the first part is general theory and meaning of the small towns and small towns construction. Introduce the definition of small towns, status, function and small city in the urban and rural integration process and irreplaceable role in the modernization drive. The second part mainly elaborated the construction situation and existing problems of small towns in northeast China. Starting from the reality, summing up the construction of small towns in northeast China as a result, lessons learned, analysis the existing problems, on this basis to facilitate the construction of small towns in northeast China. The third part based on real conditions in North-East of China, puts forward a basic way of the development of small towns in northeast China.
