Study On The Governance Structure Of Chifeng Fulong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd

With the reform of China’s state-owned enterprises entering into the breakthroughperiod of establishing modern enterprise system, as the " core " of modern enterprisesystem, the structure problem of corporate governance has become an important subjectof theoretical research and practical work departments.This paper makes an introduction of the general situation of Chifeng FulongThermal Power Co.,Ltd, including its nature, scale, production and development process,and also analyzes its corporate governance structure. From the basic situation of ChifengFulong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd, we can find the change of its ownership structure. At thesame time, this paper analyzes the main problems of the governance structure of ChifengFulong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd in chapter3. These issues include that its ownershipstructure is not perfect, that it does not regulate its internal governance structure and thatthe selection, incentive and constraint mechanism to its managers are not perfect. On thisbasis, there are two kinds of modes in today’s corporate governance, through the analysisof these two kinds of modes, this paper puts forward the selection of the governancemodes of Chifeng Fulong Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.
