The Enterprise Crisis Management Research In The Dynamic Environment

On September15,2008, Lehman brothers declared bankruptcy after many of the worldfamous enterprises have also been implicated, then makes a series of financial problems arearising from the world economy into crisis. As a world power, China’s economy has alsosuffered from great impact. How to effectively prevent the crisis, as much as possible to reducethe losses from the crisis, already became the various countries’ scholar in the post-crisis era,the focus of the research project. Throughout the predecessors’ research is not hard to find,however, the research also has certain limitations, first of all, the crisis management theory,most scholars only focused on the descriptive research, lack of relevant theoretical model toillustrate the problem, some scholars have even made a model, but also does not have thecorresponding quantitative analysis to the evidence, and these models are mostly static model,ignore the dynamic nature of the business environment, to use dynamic perspective to analyzeand solve problems. Therefore, under the dynamic environment, research of dynamicenterprise crisis management is particularly urgent.Study a large number of literatures, this paper sums up the influence of enterprise crisismacro, meso and micro factors, and discusses under the dynamic environment characteristicof the enterprise crisis management. In the following discourse, this paper combines thequalitative and quantitative analysis, combining static and dynamic analysis, and using theDelphi method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, established the evaluation indexsystem of enterprise crisis, macro, and according to the porter’s "five model" established theevaluation index system of medium enterprise crisis, according to the principle of the balancedscorecard from a financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth four aspects toestablish the evaluation index system of micro enterprise crisis, eventually the combinationcrisis static evaluation index system is constructed and the related theoretical model. On thisbasis, according to the principle of markov model, ask an expert in the interval of time manytimes of related indexes such as scale, so as to set up dynamic evaluation model of enterprisecrisis management. Because in recent years, the global financial crisis erupted continuously, soat last this paper selected a typical shareholding commercial Banks in China as an example ofempirical research, this paper is verified by building the evaluation index system of dynamicenterprise crisis and its related to the reliability of the model and scientific, and the current stateof crisis put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
